Over 12,500 consumers voted for their favourite brands and over 2,500 industry professionals were involved in the awards. The ceremony showcased industry quality and demonstrated popularity amongst consumers.

The judging panel included eminent journalist Alice Hart-Davies, a prolific freelancer for the Daily Mail and other national newspapers, and Raffi Eghiayan director of the annual FACE and BODY conferences and Wigmore Medical Training.
