Dr Claire OliverHenley in Arden’s very own Dr Claire Oliver became a radio star overnight when she joined Nicky Hambleton-Jones live on national radio to answer questions on CoolSculpting.

Nicky, the South African stylist found fame in the UK as presenter of the hit television show, ‘10 Years Younger’ and once again she’s on a mission to get Brits looking the best they can, regardless of their body shape and body issues.

Less than a third of us are happy with how we look (32%), while even less of us feel confident in the clothes we wear (31%). When it comes to what we don’t like about ourselves, 53% of those surveyed say their stomach is their biggest problem area by far.

So as winter approaches, will you just hide yourself away for another year? Or this year for once are you keen to look and feel your best? If so what is the key to winter body confidence?

CoolSculpting is a safe effective and easy way to permanently reduce targeted fat deposits such as love handles, bingo wings, wobbly tummies by up to 30% per treatment.  Its non invasive, non surgical with no downtime.

I believes aesthetic treatments should simply enhance the way you look. I have tried it and am personally delighted with my results and those of my patients.
