Our Revolutionary Peel Treatments
At Air Aesthetics, our revolutionary peel treatments will rapidly remove the damaged outer layers of your skin revealing rejuvenated, youthful skin underneath. The treatment generally takes 30 minutes and, depending on the area, a course of peel treatments may be recommended for optimal results, spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart.
We offer a range of skin peels including advanced skin peels that provide clinically proven results. Our peels are suitable for all skin types and are especially effective for those who have blemish-prone skin, wrinkles, pigmentation problems, sun damage, shallow acne scars or general poor skin quality.
During your consultation, we will examine and advise the most suitable strength of peel for your specific concern and skin type and how you can incorporate this great treatment to look better and reverse the appearance of ageing – a perfect treatment to help you achieve a beautiful flawless result.
Which Peel Is Right For Me?
Skin peels are suitable for wide range of areas, including: face, eyelids, neck, décolletage, bald head, torso, hands, arms and legs.
The strength of the peel solution affects the depth of the treatment and the degree of exfoliation.
Mild
Superficial peels penetrate the top layer of the skin known as the Stratum Corneum. A mild peel will instantly refresh the skin, cleanse pores, soften fine lines, improve skin texture and superficial pigmentary changes such as age spots.
Medium
Medium-strength skin peels penetrate the full level of the epidermis including the basal layer (Stratum Basale). These peels will resurface sun damaged skin, improve on texture roughness, large pores, dullness, fine lines and wrinkles, acne scarring and most pigmentation disorders.
Full-Strength
Full-strength peels penetrate past the papillary dermis into the reticular dermis. These deeper treatments are effective in improving on pronounced hyperpigmentation, deep acne scarring, thickened and sun-damaged skin as well as resistant lines and wrinkles.
ZO Herbal Enzyme Facial (Mild)
This gentle herbal skin peel is a refresing, spring clean for the skin.
The Enzyme can be used as frequently as required. Visible improvement in clogged pores and oily, rough skin without irritating sensitive skin will be seen immediately and longer term result in smoother, firmer and even skin texture and tone.
ZO 3 Step Stimulator Peel (Medium)
The ZO 3-Step Peel is a medical-strength peel that combines 10% TCA (trichloroacetic acid), salicylic acid, lactic acid and high-dose retinol (6%).
It is suitable for clients with any skin type and colour, who require a more potent skin peel (medium strength), but with minimal downtime (3-5 days). This peel may be repeated 2-3 times annually or as required.
ZO Controlled Depth Peel (Full-Strength)
An advanced peel, the Ultimate is proven to effectively reduce pigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles whilst improving the texture and laxity of the skin. Prior preparation to the skin is required and a 7 day recovery period is to be expected.
The results of this treatment equal the effects of a CO2 laser resurfacing procedure.
