Here at Air Aesthetics, we’re continuously seeking out the most innovative and effective treatments and we are delighted to introduce our latest addition to our range of anti-aging treatments: Polynucleotides.
What are polynucleotides?
A term that may seem intimidating at first, polynucleotides, are often regarded as the unsung heroes of the molecular world, they are sequences of nucleotides – the vital building blocks of our DNA and RNA. Their connection to our genetic composition ensures a unique and potent interaction with skin cells, unlike anything experienced before in aesthetic treatments.
What does a polynucleotide treatment involve?
Polynucleotide treatments consist of multiple micro-injections that are minimally invasive. The full treatment spans over two sessions with a 3-4 week interval. The procedure is quick with very little recovery time, with noticeable outcomes right after the first session. The treatment continues to work for 12 weeks after the treatment with results lasting for roughly six months, a supplementary session is suggested every 6-9 months.
Please note, as with any treatment the efficacy and duration of results may vary based on individual factors and you should always consult with a professional before undertaking any treatment.
What are polynucleotides treatments used for?
Polynucleotides can be used in many areas of the body including the face & hands. They work stimulating tissue regeneration and repair boosting collagen & elastin production which improves skin quality.
In particular, the benefits of this innovative treatment include:
Skin Rejuvenation
Polynucleotides stimulate cell proliferation, leading to skin rejuvenation at a cellular level and can help to heal sun damaged skin.
Boosted Collagen Production
The treatment enhances collagen production, resulting in firmer, more youthful, supple skin as well as reduced fine lines and wrinkles.
Improved Skin Hydration
Polynucleotides have a unique ability to retain moisture, ensuring that your skin remains hydrated and plump with a much improved skin texture & skin quality.
Why opt for polynucleotides over other treatments?
Whilst other treatments like dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle injections & profhilo are all great options you should consider trying polynucleotides treatments for the following reasons:
Organic Revitalisation
Rather than merely concealing ageing symptoms, Polynucleotides stimulate your skin’s inherent restoration and revival mechanisms, offering long lasting positive effects.
Adaptability & Diversity
With the ability to be applied to diverse body regions, Polynucleotides are a multifaceted remedy addressing several aesthetic challenges, such as sagging skin on the arms or around the knees.
Minimal Intervention
Polynucleotide treatments, in contrast to certain surgical options, are non-operative, leading to minimal discomfort and a significantly reduced recovery period.
