As with all our treatments, our one-to-one consultations are designed to create a bespoke treatment programme to help you achieve your desired results.
The size of the treatment area will influence the amount of time it takes to complete, but on average it takes around 20 to 60 minutes. The whole process is pleasant and relaxing and clients report little to no discomfort during treatment.

It’s important to ask lots of questions and fully explore all options available to you. Here are the most popular questions that we get asked about radio frequency skin tightening.

During the treatment we apply a gel to the selected area and the Exilis Elite™ device is guided over it. You feel a warming sensation as the energy is delivered to the deeper layers of skin. Many describe it similar to a hot stone massage. The device itself has a cooling function for maximum comfort and safety.

To achieve the best results, four treatments at a rate of weekly or every two weeks are recommended to optimise long lasting results. At your consultation, we will discuss how many treatments you need to meet your personal objectives.

Exilis Elite™ is an advanced award winning, FDA-approved device that delivers precise heat and cooling alongside real-time monitoring of your skin temperature to ensure your maximum safety and comfort.

You may notice some pinkness on the treated area which could last for 15 to 30 minutes after completion but this will subside completely. Some temporary and minor tenderness may be also experienced, particularly if the treatment is performed on facial areas closer to bones.
It is recommended that you drink more water for three days prior to treatment and on the following day. The more hydrated you are the more comfortable the treatment.
Exilis Elite™ is recommended for any client between the ages of 25 and 70+ who desires cosmetic improvement to their skin without surgery.
To maximise the long-term benefits of your treatment we recommend that you maintain a good exercise and diet regimen which should help maintain results for up to 2 years. Sagging skin and wrinkles are significantly reduced for up to two years.
