My coaches before were male and had no clue about where I came from, that wasn’t their fault but having a female was good for me. Rebecca had an entrepreneurial background. She hadn’t had it all thrown in her lap and I respected that. I think coaches think they need to tell you what you should and should not do. Rebecca planted ideas but I loved that she never “told” me what to do, she helped me work it out for myself.
