What is Mounjaro?

Mouniaro, which contains the active ingredient Tirzepatide, is a clinically proven medication designed to support wejaht loss.

It works by mimicking two natural gut hormones, GLP-1 and GIP, which help control appetite, hunger and feelings of fullness. By slowing digestion, reducing food noise, Mounjaro helps you lose weight when combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise.

How effective is it?

Mounjaro (tirzepatide) is proven to support long-term weight loss, with studies suggesting it is one of the most effective medications available. A 36-week clinical trial involving 783 patients across four countries demonstrated an average weight loss of over 20% of their body weight. An additional 88-week clinical trial involving 806 patients showed an average weight loss of over 25% of their body weight. All patients received lifestyle and physical activity counseling and followed a reduced-calorie diet during the trials.

Is it safe?

Mounjaro has been rigorously tested by regulatory authorities in the UK. It is licensed by the government's MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency) and is currently being trialed by the NHS for a select group of participants with a BMI over 40 and three separate health conditions.
